Not really a recipe post, but more a “you should try this, it was SOOOO good” post. I’ve challenged myself to a week of paleo. Not in it’s purest form, as cutting out refined carbs, sweets, and processed stuff is one thing, but to take dairy away from me, too?  Well, that would be miserable....
